About North Houses

North Houses is a family-run set of 16 apartments in three buildings — Yasemin, Tezer and Mine — in North Nicosia. We've hosted clinic patients, families, and long-stay guests since the buildings were new.

We keep it simple: honest nightly prices in euros, no booking fees; payment preferably by bank transfer, with crypto accepted too. The calendar you see is the one we run our whole operation on.
