Tezer Plaza in the Kumsal area is located on Osman Örek Street, opposite Onş Kasım Kıbrıs University in Ortaköy. It is 2.5 km from Metehan Border Gate. Yasemin Residence is located on Osman Paşa Street, above the Us Polo store. There are cafes, restaurants and shops around it. The city walls and the Ledra Palace Border Gate can also be reached on foot.
