Electricity Usage To keep our accommodation fees low, we calculate electricity usage separately: You are entitled to 7 kWh of free usage per day (more than enough for normal use). In case of excess, a fee of €0.30 per kWh applies. Thanks to this system, our guests who use less electricity do not have to share the cost of those who use more. House Rules The apartment is non-smoking. If cigarette marks are detected, a deep cleaning and disinfection fee will be charged. Towels and sheets should only be used for their intended purpose; In case of excessive contamination or damage, a replacement fee will be charged.
