On the booking request form: your name, phone, email and note. On the review form: your name and review. To prevent abuse we keep an anonymous digest (hash) derived from your IP address. For visits arriving from ad campaigns, campaign parameters (UTM) may be attached to your request.
What we use it for
To respond to your request, manage your booking, and measure whether our promotions work. Your data is never sold or shared with third parties for marketing.
Cookies
Essential cookies keep the site working. Measurement cookies (Google Analytics, Meta Pixel) load only if you accept them in the cookie banner. You can reset your decision at any time via the "Cookie preferences" link at the bottom of the page.
Reviews
A review you submit is published publicly on the site together with your name once approved. Feel free to shorten your surname.
Retention & your rights
