Do you have monthly or long-stay prices?+
Our prices are listed per night. For stays of 28 nights or more, send us your dates via the contact page and we will suggest a suitable apartment and confirm the total.
How fast is the internet?+
All our apartments have shared Wi-Fi; speed varies by apartment and building. If you have a lot of video calls, mention it in your request and we will suggest an apartment that suits you.
Do the apartments have a desk?+
Some of our apartments have a work area, but not all of them. If you need a desk, mention it in your request and we will choose a suitable apartment together.
Do I need a visa to enter North Cyprus?+
Most nationalities do not need to apply for a visa in advance; entry permission is granted free of charge at the border, and the border police officer decides the length of stay (up to 90 days). Rules can change, so check the latest information from the TRNC Ministry of Foreign Affairs before you travel.
What is the minimum and maximum stay?+
Some of our apartments have a minimum stay; where they do, it is shown on the apartment's page. The request form accepts up to 90 nights; for longer stays, write to us.
Is electricity included?+
7 kWh of electricity per day of your stay is included in the price. Usage above that is charged at €0.30 per kWh.
How do I pay?+
Our preferred method is bank transfer. We accept TL, EUR, USD and GBP via Turkish banks, and we can provide account details for guests abroad. Payment in crypto is also accepted. We do not take cash in hand.
Can my friends and I stay in the same building?+
We have 18 apartments in 4 buildings; subject to availability we can arrange separate apartments in the same building. Send us your dates and group size via the contact page.
Is Nicosia safe?+
North Nicosia is a calm, safe city; people stroll around the walled city and Dereboyu comfortably in the evenings too. As in any city, we recommend the usual precautions.
Is life in North Cyprus cheaper than in the South?+
Yes. Accommodation, groceries and eating out cost noticeably less than in the south of the island, and most day-to-day spending is in Turkish lira. Our prices are per night, per apartment.
