North Houses Aladağ consists of two 2-bedroom apartments located in the same building in Küçük Kaymaklı, Nicosia. The apartments are suitable for families, business travelers and guests coming to Nicosia for treatment.

Payment is by bank transfer: we accept TL, EUR, USD and GBP via Turkish banks and can provide account details for guests abroad; crypto is also accepted. We do not take cash in hand. A refundable €100 deposit is taken on confirmation and the accommodation fee is paid before check-in.
24-hour self check-in: once payment is complete we send your check-in details, and you can let yourself in any time from 14:00 — no reception desk to wait for. Check-out is by 10:00.
One night is enough at all our apartments.
7 kWh of electricity per day of your stay is included in the price. Usage above that is charged at €0.30 per kWh.
You can cancel free of charge up to 7 days before your stay and your deposit is refunded. For cancellations less than 7 days before arrival the deposit is not refunded.
