About the summit

The 22nd Annual Cyprus Summit takes place on 9–10 November 2026 at The Landmark Nicosia hotel in South Nicosia. Its subtitle is "A strategic gateway for regional co-operation" and its motto is "Geopolitics – Growth – Investment".

The summit is organised by Economist Enterprise (Economist Enterprise for South-East Europe on the registration platform) and, according to the event page, held in collaboration with the European Parliament Office in Cyprus. Its introduction says the summit will bring together figures from politics, the economy, business, academia and international institutions.

The programme runs over two days: registration opens at 08:15 on the first day and at 08:45 on the second, and on both days sessions run until a networking lunch in the early afternoon. The sources differ on the finishing time: 15:00 on the registration platform, 15:30 in the programme. The conference language has not been announced; the event page, the programme and the registration platform are in English.

The two previous summits, in November 2024 and November 2025, were held at the Hilton Nicosia.

According to the registration platform and the programme, subjects on the agenda include:

Getting there and where to stay

The Landmark Nicosia is south of the Green Line and our apartments are in North Nicosia, so you will pass through a crossing point to reach the summit. According to OpenStreetMap data, the driving route from our buildings goes through the Metehan (Agios Dometios) crossing; on foot, you can use the Lokmacı (Ledra Street) or Ledra Palace crossing. Because waiting times at the crossings vary, we do not give a journey time. Our Transport section has a guide to the border crossings.

Visitors flying to North Cyprus arrive at Ercan Airport. The road distance from the airport to our apartment buildings is 26–32 km, about half an hour by car depending on traffic.

North Houses offers fully equipped studio and two-bedroom daily rental apartments in four buildings in Nicosia. The accommodation section below is set to the summit dates (check in 8 November, check out 11 November): see which apartments are available and send a booking request.
